Mythology series: Kurent

This is a four-halfpan set of handmade, homemade artisan quality pure pigment watercolours, part of my MYTHOLOGY SERIES, autumn 2021.

KURENT is - a still active tradition - of large men dressing into monsters of sheep's skins and horns and ribbons and noisy cowbells, jumping around the fields and streets to banish winter from the land.

The set contains:
- Nicker yellow, sunny, bright, smooth yellow with a bit of a darker sediment rim
- Brighter petroleum, a green-blue mix, that doesn't spread evenly and leaves a playful pooling
- Dirty hands: Dark blue - a rough, very dark blue with almost black sedimentation
- Playful purple - a very nice, smooth, bright, noble purple


The set comes in a little cardboard box.
